Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at  or call us at +1 256 251 7555 to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our US address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
