We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at service@kealaisi.shop or call us at +1 256 251 7555 to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs to our U.S. address are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@kealaisi.shop or +1 256 251 7555 for a replacement or a full refund. In this case, we will also cover the return shipping fees.
